Foods to avoid when you are sick

                                                                       
 SODA

I thought that soda was a good thing to have, when you feel sick, but it’s wrong, because all the sugar messes with your immune system and dehydrates you.

So avoid soda when you were sick
FOODS HIGHS IN SUGAR
Like soda foods high in sugar are not good to use when you’re sick, because sugar messes with your white blood cells’ ability to fight the bacterial infection
 DEEP FRIED FOODS
Deep fried foods are very good foods, but you should avoid this food when  you’re sick .
Deep fried foods are harder for your digestive system and these type of foods leaves you  feeling nauseous and give you diarrhea
DAIRY
Dairy products, including milk , cheese, yogurt, butter etc should be avoided when you’re sick, especially if you have cold. Dairy products cause the body to produce more mucus than normal.
ALCOHOL
If you use alcohol when you’re sick, it will dehydrate you, but most of people think that one or two shoot can help when you’re sick.
I think to avoid it.
